Privacy information

This application stores the information you submit in inquiries and secure portal forms, account and session information, and an audit history of account actions. Portal records are restricted by account role and property assignment. Declined, withdrawn and expired applications and their documents are deleted after 12 months by default; a configured retention period may apply. New private document files are encrypted at rest; older uploads are encrypted when accessed or attached to an application. Applicant documents are restricted to the uploading account and authorized leasing staff. Application change history records changed field names without personal values. When application data is deleted, personal values in older change history are removed too. Contact property management to request access, correction or deletion of applicant data.
